Fine Art Print

Our professional print lab located in Perth, Western Australia uses a Giclee process with advanced print technology to apply archival pigment onto ILFORD GALERIE fine art paper.

This paper features the very latest HDR (High Dynamic Range) optically clear coating and coupled with recent advancements in resin-coated inkjet receiving layer design, makes this the reference media for producing images with superb clarity, high sharpness and excellent colour gamut. The high-density, resin coated heavyweight base and smooth pearl finish not only eliminate glare and fingerprints but with its natural photographic white tint, produce prints with the true look and feel of a photograph.

Our framed print range comes in a range colours as standard - Black, White, Raw, Dark Walnut, Jarrah, Walnut, Mocha and Oak .

Using only sustainably sourced conservation timber, each frame is hand cut and assembled on site.

Shipping

All our products created in Perth, Western Australia and shipping is free Australia wide.

Print only – Your chosen print is printed on premium, professional lab paper, inspected for quality and rolled in a heavy cardboard tube for shipping. Allow 2 weeks from order to delivery depending on your location.

Canvas – Your chosen image is printed onto premium quality 381gsm canvas, stretched and mounted onto kiln dried stretcher bars then finished with a fully taped back, felt bumpers and a secure wire hanging system. Your canvas is bubble wrapped and shipped in a double wall cardboard box with delivery via our trusted courier service. Allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery depending on your location.

Framed Print – Your chosen image is print onto premium museum grade professional paper, where it is then mounted onto a 5mm foam core backing with an acid free ph neutral matboard. Your frame will be handcrafted from sustainable sourced timber by our team of professionals before being carefully assembled using v nails, fully taped back, felt bumpers and secure wire hanging system. To ensure that your framed print makes it to you in one piece we do not ship framed prints with glass. Instead, we use Shinkolite 3mm continuous cast acrylic, which has outstanding optical properties and is 17 times stronger than glass. Your framed print is bubble wrapped and shipped in a double wall cardboard box with delivery via our trusted courier service. Allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery depending on your location.

Refunds and Returns Policy

All our prints, canvas products and framed prints are custom made to order and we take care to ensure the high quality of our products.

Due to this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind (unless there is a fault or defect with your item) - so please choose carefully.

Consider if the size you are ordering is right for the space you plan to hang it by measuring the space before you place your order, and we are always available via the CONTACT TAB to answer any questions you may have regarding your order before you make your final decision.

Our products go through a rigorous quality control process however, in the event your product does arrive with a defect or fault as result of printing or manufacturing, we do have a stress-free refund policy.

What to do if my product is faulty or defective-

1. Notify us via the CONTACTS TAB or by emailing indigostormphotography@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Take clear photos of the damage or fault and include these in your email. It is important you do this as soon as you receive your order.

3. If the damage has occurred during transit include photos of the packaging with the address on the front as well as side and top views of the packaging.

4. Refunds are only accepted if your item is defective or damaged upon arrival and are considered on a case-by-case basis. The more information you can provide us the quicker we can process your refund or replacement.

5. Once your email has been received, we will carefully review it and we will then work closely with you to determine the most appropriate course of action.

Caring for Your Product

Fine Art Print

Avoid touching or handling the print unless necessary.

Whilst we understand you want to check out your print, try to avoid handling it without wearing lint free cotton gloves as you can inadvertently leave fingerprints and expose it to dust and other airborne pollutants. It is also a good idea to wash your hands thoroughly before handling your print.

Avoid placing any pressure on the rolled print as this will cause unsightly creases – which cannot be removed.

It is best to arrange to have it framed by a professional framer as soon as possible and try to store it in a cool, dry location.

Canvas

All our canvas products are printed on high quality photo canvases and are resistant to edge cracking and fading. We use only museum grade archival quality canvas and inks rated against fading for approximately 150 years. We do not however recommend hanging your canvas outdoors - if you choose to hang it outdoors you can expect it last around 5 years before starting to crack and fade.

When required you can gently wipe your canvas with a clean, damp cloth to keep it looking optimal.

Framed Prints

Whilst all our prints are printed on premium archival photo paper, try to avoid displaying your framed print in direct sunlight as this can lead to colour fade over time.

If possible, have your print framed using a professional framer – this ensures that all materials used in the framing process are acid free which will contribute to the longevity of your product.

Use a slightly dampened glass care cloth to wipe the acrylic face of your framed print and avoid using chemical and cleaners where possible.

Large format framed prints can be quite heavy – ensure your mounting point on the wall is sturdy and can withstand the weight of your frame.
